Intimidating get a heavy swat to give up
Addressing a specific alleged gang member, Higgins said, 'You think men like these are afraid of an uneducated, 125 lbs punk like you? And if you raise your weapon to a man like me, we'll return fire with superior power,' said Captain Clay Higgins in a video message, as he stood flanked by officers from more than a dozen Louisiana law enforcement agencies. While it’s true that there have been incidents of rioting, looting, and violence directed at police, the initial protests against Michael Brown’s killing were peaceful.* The only hint of violence at the first protest was described by an Associated Press reporter, who reported chants of “kill the police.” That report has since been disputed by people at the protest, who have suggested that the AP journalist or police misheard other chants. From what I can find, that report was also never confirmed by any other journalist. They require some work, such as removing guns and covering over military paint jobs. The trucks are extremely inefficient for everyday use, as they're too heavy for some roads and are "tippy" on uneven ground. There's also the small matter of fuel efficiency: MRAPs only get around five miles to the gallon. At the time of this writing, our Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms are under serious attack.Obama and others have vowed to take our guns away, supposedly making the world a safer place.
“After searching public records,” the email continued, “I discovered that the home targeted appears to be registered in your mother’s name, and from there I found your websites — which overlap in interests with some of the other female designers who have been targeted in swatting incidents in the recent past.” I stopped reading after that. Swatting is a “prank” in which a person places a call to the victim’s local police department, saying a violent crime has occurred, often involving hostages, so the SWAT team will show up and bust down their door.
Then I kept reading: …about a fairly unusual incident on [my mother’s street] this weekend.
